As organizations adapt to a changing world, they must equip their employees with tools to help them respond. Leadership Workshops can support this need ‘at-scale’ while strengthening employees’ trust and connection to the organization and each other.
We partner with you to create bespoke workshops that meet your organization’s unique needs. These are a few of the topics we have workshopped:
Leading Self - equip employees at all levels to develop awareness and resilience, find work-life balance, strengthen cross-cultural awareness, manage emotions, and discover meaning and purpose.
Leading Others - support new and established managers to develop and improve communication, delegation, feedback, conflict, etc.
Leading Systems - offers leaders help with strategic thinking, change management, organizational alignment, political navigation, operating within industrial ecosystem, etc.
The length of each workshop depends on the organization’s needs and ranges from an hour-long session to a 6-month course. Our workshops are customized to accommodate groups of 10-30 people and can be in person or virtual.
