Ashley is the Founder of Integrative Complexity, a high performance coaching firm dedicated to maximizing individual and team potential. Ashley completed her coaching certification at the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University and has her Brain Based Coaching Certificate from the NeuroLeadership Institute. She brings to coaching an approach informed by neuroscience and psychology to help all individuals optimally leverage what makes us uniquely human to lead and perform at our best.
Prior to launching her own coaching firm, Ashley was in the CEO Practice at Spencer Stuart where she worked with Fortune 500 Boards on CEO Succession Planning - identifying, assessing and developing their future potential CEO talent. She also spent the early part of her career in capital raising and advisory at TPG/Brooklands Capital Strategies and at Bridgewater Associates working throughout her tenure for the Founder and Co-CEO supporting culture development and business operations.
Ashley was a two-time Captain of the Duke Women's Soccer Team that was a National Finalist in 2011 and she was the #5 recruit in the nation for her high school class. She competed globally with the U.S. Youth National Team until she finished her career due to injuries. Her approach to leadership coaching is informed by her experience competing as an elite athlete at the highest levels.
She received her B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Duke University and her MBA from NYU Stern. Ashley is currently based in Washington D.C. with her husband whom she met at Duke and her two kids Zoe and Bodie.
